Reviews for guides
How reviews work after a completed tour, when they publish, and how to leave one yourself.
For guides1 min readUpdated September 24, 2026
Once a tour is complete, both you and the traveler are invited to leave a review of each other.
How reviews work
- Only the traveler and guide on a completed booking can review each other.
- Reviews are mutual and double-blind — neither of you can see the other's review until both are submitted, or 48 hours after the tour ends, whichever comes first. This keeps reviews honest rather than reactive to what the other person wrote.
- You'll get an email prompting you to leave a review after your tour wraps up.
Where to see your reviews
Your reviews — both the ones travelers have left about you and the ones you've written about travelers — are on Reviews. Published reviews about you also appear on your public profile, which travelers see when deciding whether to book.
If a review seems wrong
Reviews are moderated by our team. If one seems unfair, inaccurate, or breaks our standards, contact us with the booking details and we'll take a look.
Still need help?
If you completed a tour but never got a review prompt, or a review is missing after the 48-hour window, contact us.
