Guiding in more than one city

You're not limited to a single city. If you regularly guide in more than one place, you can list them all, and travelers browsing any of those city pages will be able to find and book you.

Primary city vs. service cities

You have one primary city — the place you're most associated with — and you can add up to seven additional service cities, for eight cities in total. All of them, primary and additional, work the same way for booking purposes: a traveler on any of those city pages can find and request a tour with you.

Adding or removing a city

Open Profile, find your basic info section, and update your primary city or your list of additional cities from there. Changes are saved as soon as you submit the form — there's no approval step or waiting period.

If a city isn't already on the platform, entering it will add it automatically. You don't need to contact support first, and it's ready for travelers to browse right away.

What happens when you remove a city

Removing a city stops you from appearing on that city's page for new travelers browsing from that point forward. It does not affect:

• Bookings you already have. Every booking locks in its own city at the moment it's requested, the same way it locks in its price — removing the city afterward doesn't change, cancel, or hide any existing pending, accepted, confirmed, or completed booking tied to it.
• Travelers who already have your profile bookmarked or saved, or who message you through an existing booking.

In short, changing your service cities only changes future discoverability, never bookings already in motion.

How city pages count you

A city page only shows guides who currently list that city as their primary or a service city, and whose profile is otherwise publicly visible — approved, not hidden, and not suspended (see Why your profile isn't showing if you expect to appear somewhere and don't). Within a city, guides are generally ordered newest-first, with separate "top rated" and "new guides" views based on your review history and how recently you joined. There's no paid placement — every guide in a city is ranked the same way.
