Manage your guide profile and prices

Everything about your public profile lives in one place: Profile. Changes here go live right away.

What you can edit

• Media — your cover photo, profile photo, and gallery. See Photos that work.
• Story — your bio, tagline, languages, and specialties. See Write a great guide profile.
• Basic info — your name, service cities, identity details (with the option to hide them publicly), and private messaging channels.
• Rates — your prices for 4-, 6-, and 8-hour tours, your currency, and your meeting points.

About your prices

You set your own base price for each tour duration you offer — leave a duration blank to not offer it. You're paid in the currency you choose (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD), and you keep 80% of your base price; Rainbow Tour Guides takes a 20% commission. See Understand tour pricing.

Your profile completion score

Your dashboard shows a profile strength score based on things like your cover photo, gallery size (at least 4 photos), bio, tagline, languages, specialties, pricing, and meeting point. A more complete profile is more likely to catch a traveler's attention while browsing — filling in the missing pieces the score highlights is the fastest way to improve it.

Hiding your profile temporarily

If you need a break, go to Settings and turn on Hide Public Profile. This removes you from search and city pages without deleting anything — turn it back off whenever you're ready to take bookings again. See Why your profile isn't showing.
