After a booking is confirmed
What unlocks once a traveler has paid, and how to prepare for the tour.

A booking becomes confirmed once the traveler's payment is captured. This is the point where you can start coordinating directly with them.
What changes
- Chat unlocks. You and the traveler can now message each other directly through the platform to sort out final details — exact meeting time, what to bring, or anything else.
- The booking is locked in. The price, duration, dates, and group size were all set when the request was made and don't change unless you and the traveler agree and use official channels to update it.
- It appears on your calendar. The dates are now blocked on your availability automatically, so you won't get overlapping requests for the same time.
Getting ready
- Confirm the meeting point and time with the traveler through chat.
- If it's a multi-day tour, review the day-by-day plan — see Multi-day bookings for guides.
- Keep communication on the platform. It protects both of you if anything needs to be looked into later.
On the day
Once the tour happens, the booking moves to completed after the last day ends. From there, both you and the traveler can leave a review — see Reviews for guides.
