Multi-day bookings for guides

How multi-day tours work, your consecutive-day limit, and how they show up on your calendar.

Travelers can request more than a single day with you — up to 7 consecutive days in one booking, using whichever tour duration (4, 6, or 8 hours) you offer for each day.

Your consecutive-day limit

You set a maximum consecutive days value (from 1 to 7) on your profile. This caps how long any single multi-day request can be with you — a traveler can't request more days in a row than you've set, even if you're generally available.

How it shows on your calendar

A multi-day booking blocks every day it covers on your availability calendar once it's accepted or confirmed, not just the first day. That range is protected automatically — you won't receive overlapping requests for dates already committed to a multi-day tour.

One booking, one payment, one payout

A multi-day tour is still a single booking end to end: one price (locked in when requested), one payment, one chat thread, one review, and one payout when it's done — not a separate transaction for each day.

Accepting or declining

Multi-day requests work exactly like single-day ones: there's no deadline to respond, and you're never penalized for taking your time. See Accept or decline a booking request.
