Running your tours
Manage your availability and requests
How to set your weekly schedule, block dates off, and why there's no rush to respond to a request.

Your availability controls when travelers can request a tour with you. You manage it from Availability.
Your weekly schedule
Set which days of the week you're generally available. Travelers can only request tours on days you've marked active — if a day isn't on, it won't show as bookable.
Blocking off dates
Beyond your weekly pattern, you can block specific dates you know you'll be away — a trip, a holiday, or anything else. You can also set time off for a date range in one go, rather than blocking days one at a time.
Any date already covered by an accepted or confirmed booking shows as booked automatically, so you always have a clear picture of what's actually on your calendar.
Your limits
- Max consecutive days — the longest a single multi-day booking can run with you, from 1 to 7 days.
- Max group size — the largest group you'll accept on a tour, from 1 to 8 travelers.
Both are set from your profile and apply to every booking request you receive.
Responding to requests — there's no deadline
When a traveler requests a tour, it appears as pending in your bookings. Take the time you need — requests never expire automatically, and you're never penalized for how long you take to respond. We'd rather you reply thoughtfully than rush.
