After your application is approved

Congratulations — once your application is approved, your profile goes live immediately and travelers can start finding and booking you. Here's what to check first.

What happens automatically

• Your profile becomes publicly visible on the site and in your city's guide listings.
• Your verification documents are permanently deleted from our systems as part of approval — you don't need to do anything.
• You'll get a welcome email with links to your dashboard, availability, and payouts.

Your first steps

1. Check your availability. Make sure the days you're actually free are reflected in your availability settings — travelers can only request tours on days you've marked available.
2. Add more photos. A cover image and at least 4 gallery photos noticeably strengthen your profile. See Photos that work.
3. Add your payout details. You won't be paid until your payout profile is complete. See Set up your payout details.
4. Double-check your rates. Review your 4-, 6-, and 8-hour prices in your profile — remember, price changes only affect new requests, not tours already booked.

What to expect next

When a traveler requests a tour, you'll get notified and can accept or decline from your dashboard — there's no time limit and no penalty for taking your time to reply. See Accept or decline a request.
