Before any money can reach you, you need to add at least one way for us to pay you. It's a one-time setup you can update anytime from Payouts.
Add every option you have. Each week we look at what you've saved and send your payout by the cheapest method available, so the more options you add, the more of your earnings you keep. You only need one to get paid.
Your options, cheapest first
1. Wise — usually the cheapest, and often free when we send Wise-to-Wise. We only need the email address of your Wise account.
2. Bank account with an IBAN — low cost, and common across Europe and many other countries. We need your IBAN, the account holder name, and the currency of that bank account. No SWIFT code and no street address needed. We check the IBAN when you save it, so a typo is caught straight away.
3. PayPal — PayPal typically deducts around 5–5.5% from the amount we send. We only need your PayPal email address. PayPal can't receive money in every country, so check that it works where you live.
4. Western Union cash pickup — fees vary by currency and amount. We only need your full name exactly as it appears on your government ID, so you can collect the cash. We never ask you for a copy of your ID.
5. International bank transfer (SWIFT) — for accounts without an IBAN. Banks can charge US$25–45 per payment, so this is a last resort. We need the account holder name, bank name, bank country, currency, account number, a SWIFT/BIC code (or your country's local routing code), plus your street address, city, country, and email.
Which currency should I pick?
For a bank account, choose the currency that account receives money in. If your bank holds accounts in several currencies, pick one and mention it in the payout notes field so we know which account you mean.
IBAN or SWIFT: what's the difference?
An IBAN is a single number that identifies your bank account, and it's used across Europe and many other regions. If your bank gave you one, use the IBAN option and skip the rest. If you have only an account number and a SWIFT/BIC code, use the international bank transfer option instead.
You don't have to be approved to fill this in, and it isn't required to apply. It does need at least one complete option before we can send you money, so it's worth doing as soon as you're approved.
How we tell you what we use
Once we've picked a method for you, Payouts shows it under "How we currently pay you", along with any note from our team.
Updating your details
If any of your details change, update them right away. Changes apply to your next payout batch and don't affect a transfer that's already been sent.
Still need help?
If you're not sure which option suits your country, or a transfer didn't arrive, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
