Privacy requests and marketing choices
Download a copy of your data, ask about your privacy rights, and manage marketing consent.

Beyond your day-to-day settings, you have a few specific rights over your personal data, and clear control over marketing consent.
Download a copy of your data
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to a copy of the personal data we hold on you. Travelers can download this from Account Security and guides from Settings — look for Download Your Data, which gives you a JSON file of your account information.
Other privacy requests
For anything beyond a data export — correcting information, asking what we hold, or a request our settings pages don't cover — contact us from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Marketing consent is always optional
Creating an account, and accepting the Terms of Service to do so, never opts you into marketing or newsletter emails — those are separate, optional choices you make independently. See Email and notification preferences for how to manage them, including the difference between the combined toggle in your dashboard settings and the two independent toggles on the dedicated preferences page.
Essential emails aren't part of marketing consent
Booking, payment, security, and support emails are tied to using the platform, not to marketing consent, and continue regardless of your marketing or newsletter choices.
