Delete your account
Start account deletion from your settings, and understand what happens to your data afterward.

You can delete your account yourself, directly from your settings — no need to contact support first.
Travelers
Go to Account Security and use the delete account option in the danger zone at the bottom of the page.
Guides
Go to Settings and use the delete account option there.
A guide account can't be deleted immediately if you have a tour that's pending, accepted, or confirmed — finish or cancel it first. There's also a 48-hour wait after your most recent completed tour, so payouts and reviews for that tour have time to process safely.
What happens to your data
Deleting your account signs you out permanently and anonymizes identifying details on your profile — your name is replaced, your photos and bio are removed, and your account is marked as deleted. Your underlying profile row is kept rather than fully erased, because bookings, payments, and reviews are linked to it and need to stay intact for the people you interacted with. Anonymized booking, payment, support, and audit records may also remain for accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Can I come back later?
Yes — deleting your account frees up your email address, so you're welcome to sign up again with a new account whenever you'd like.
