Troubleshooting
The page is blank or looks broken
Fix a blank, half-loaded, or visually broken page.

A blank white page, a page stuck mid-load, or a layout that looks scrambled is almost always caused by something local to your browser — a stuck cache, a conflicting extension, or a blocked script — rather than a problem with your account.
Quick fixes
- Reload the page (pull down to refresh on mobile, or Ctrl/Cmd+R on desktop).
- Try a private/incognito window — if the page works there, an extension or old cached data is the culprit.
- Clear your browser's cache for this site, then reload.
- Turn off ad blockers, script blockers, or privacy extensions temporarily and reload.
If it's still broken
- Try a different, current browser.
- Restart the browser app completely (close it fully, not just the tab), then reopen.
- Check for a pending browser or operating system update — see The site isn't working on my phone or browser.
- If you're on a filtered or restrictive network, try mobile data — see Network or Wi-Fi problems.
- If you opened the page from a link inside Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, open it in your regular browser instead — in-app browsers are a common cause of a scrambled or blank layout. See Supported browsers.
Why this usually isn't your account
A blank or broken page happens before the site even finishes asking who you are, so it's rarely tied to your account, a booking, or anything you did. It's almost always one browser on one device failing to load or run a script correctly — which is exactly why trying a private window or a different browser is the fastest way to confirm (or rule out) the cause.
Contacting support
If the page is still blank or broken after trying a private window and another browser, contact us and include:
- The exact page URL
- Your device, operating system, browser, and version

- Roughly when it happened
- Whether it works in a private window or on another browser/network
Never include a password, verification code, or card number.
