Troubleshooting
Times look wrong
Booking times are shown in the tour city's local time, not your own.

If a tour time looks off, it's usually not an error — it's a time zone difference.
Why this happens
Every tour time you see on a booking is shown in the local time of the tour's city, not your own device's time zone. This is intentional: it's the time that matters to you and your guide on the day of the tour, wherever you're each checking from.
So if you're booking a tour in a city several hours away from where you currently are, the time shown will be that city's local time — not what your phone's clock says right now.
Quick check
- Open the booking and confirm which city the tour is in.
- Compare that city's current local time to your own, to work out the difference.
- Treat the time on the booking as the time you should be ready to meet your guide, in that city.
If the time still seems genuinely wrong
- Double-check you're looking at the correct booking — if you have more than one upcoming tour, confirm the city on each.
- Confirm the date as well as the time; a date near midnight can look off by a day if you're comparing time zones manually.
- Remember your guide sees the same local time you do — there's no separate "your time" and "their time" to reconcile on a confirmed booking, only the one shown, in the tour city.
When this matters most
Local-city time matters most for the actual meeting time on the day of your tour, and for anything you're coordinating directly with your guide through chat once a booking is confirmed. If you're comparing a booking time against your calendar or flight times, convert using the tour's city rather than assuming it matches your home time zone.
