Sign in or reset your password

Sign in with the method you signed up with, or get back in with a password reset link.

There are two ways to sign in to Rainbow Tour Guides: with an email and password, or with Google. Use the same method you signed up with. A Google account doesn't have a separate password, and an email account can't be opened with the Google button unless it's the same address.

Sign in with email and password

  1. Go to Sign in.
  2. Enter the email address and password you registered with.
  3. Wait for the security check under the form to finish, then select Sign in.

If your email address hasn't been verified yet, you'll see "Please verify your email address before logging in." Open the verification email we sent when you signed up and follow the link. If you can't find it, see A verification or reset email has not arrived.

After you sign in, you land on your dashboard: the traveler dashboard if you book tours, or the guide dashboard if you guide.

Sign in with Google

If you created your account with Google, select Continue with Google on the sign-in page and pick the same Google account. There's no password to remember and no security check to complete, because Google handles that step. More detail is in Sign in with Google.

Reset a forgotten password

A reset works for accounts that use an email and password.

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password, or go straight to Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address on your account and complete the security check.
  3. You'll see a message that a link has been sent if an account exists for that email. We show the same message either way, so nobody can use the form to find out who has an account.
  4. Open the most recent reset email and follow its link.
  5. Choose a new password, type it twice, and save it.

Your new password needs at least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol. If the two entries don't match, you'll see "Passwords do not match."

If you see "Reset link is invalid or has expired. Please request a new one.", the link is out of date or has already been used. Go back to Forgot password, request a fresh link, and open it straight away.

Some email apps and security tools "pre-open" links to scan them, which can use up a reset link before you tap it. If this keeps happening, copy the link and paste it into your browser's address bar instead.

If you can't access your email anymore

We can't send a reset link to a new address on your behalf. Contact us from any email address, tell us which email your account uses, and we'll help you regain access safely. We may ask a few questions to confirm the account is yours.

Still stuck?

If you've used the right method and a fresh reset link and still can't get in, work through I cannot sign in. It covers browser, cookie, and network causes.
