Verification and password reset emails are sent automatically as soon as you sign up or request a reset. If one hasn't shown up, work through these checks in order.
Quick fixes
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, not just your inbox.
- Confirm you typed the email address correctly when you signed up or requested the reset.
- Give it a few minutes — delivery isn't always instant.
- If you requested more than one email, only the most recent link will work — use that one.
- Open the link in the same browser you used to sign up or request it, when possible.
Get a new one
If you still don't see it:
- For a password reset: go back to Forgot password and request a new link.
- For sign-up verification: on the verify-email page, use the Resend verification email button.
If links keep failing
- Try a current browser without extensions that rewrite or preview links before you click them.
- Some email apps "click" links automatically to scan them, which can use up a one-time link before you open it — opening the email directly in a browser tab (rather than a mail app preview) can help.
- Double-check there isn't a typo in the email address on file — a reset or verification link can only be sent to a real inbox you control.
