Report a safety concern
How to tell us about harassment, unsafe behavior, or a policy violation, and what happens next.

If something happened on a booking that made you feel unsafe, disrespected, or that broke our community standards, we want to know. Here's how to reach us and what to include.
If you're in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first. Rainbow Tour Guides is a private tour marketplace with clear rules against harassment, discrimination, and sexual services, but we aren't a substitute for emergency responders in an in-person, urgent situation. See Stay safe on your tour for guidance before and during a tour.
How to reach us
There isn't a button inside a specific booking or message for this — instead, reach our team directly:
- If you're signed in, open a support ticket from your dashboard: Support or Support.
- If you're not signed in, or prefer not to, use the contact form.
What to include
To help us look into it quickly, include:
- Your booking reference or the guide/traveler's name and the tour date.
- What happened, as specifically as you can.
- Any relevant dates, times, or messages.
What happens next
Our team reviews the booking, payment, and messaging records connected to your report as part of looking into it. We can take action on accounts that violate our standards, up to and including removing them from the platform. We reply to every message within 1–2 business days — see How support works.
This applies whether you're a traveler reporting a guide, a guide reporting a traveler, or either of you raising a concern about something that happened outside a specific booking. We take every report seriously, whoever it comes from.
Related concerns
If you're worried about a scam or being asked to pay outside the platform, see Scams and off-platform payments. For our full conduct rules, see Community standards and Safety guidelines.
