Using the site on your phone

Rainbow Tour Guides is a website, not a downloadable app, and it's built to work fully on your phone's browser. You can browse guides, request a tour, pay, message your guide, and manage your account from your phone exactly the same way you would on a computer.

There's nothing to install

You don't need to visit an app store or install anything. Just open your phone's browser — Chrome, Safari, or another current browser — and go to the site. Everything you do on desktop, including checkout and chat, works the same way on mobile.

Getting quick access

If you'd like a shortcut on your home screen so you don't have to type the address each time, most mobile browsers let you bookmark a page or add a shortcut to your home screen from their own menu (for example, the share or menu icon in Safari or Chrome). This uses your browser's built-in bookmarking, not a separate app — there's no Rainbow Tour Guides app to install from an app store, on iOS or Android.

What you'll need

• A current version of a major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
• JavaScript and cookies enabled — the site relies on both for sign-in, secure checkout, and messaging.
• A stable connection, especially when completing payment.

If something doesn't look right

Older phones or outdated browser versions can sometimes display the site incorrectly or have trouble with checkout. Updating your browser app usually resolves this. See The site is not working on my phone or browser and Supported browsers for more.

Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data mid-checkout can also interrupt a payment in progress — if that happens, it's safest to check your booking status before trying to pay again rather than resubmitting right away.
